For our final parent workshops of the school year, we spoke to Reception, Year 2 and Year 6 parents about what to look forward to in their children’s new Key Stage. We looked at curriculum expectations and changes, as well as what is different in their new Key Stage. The most important message we shared was about creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere around the whole process of moving up. Through PSHRE lessons, Step-up day and robust teacher handovers, we will be working with children and teachers in school to make sure this is as smooth and exciting for the children as possible!
