KS2 ART

In our Key Stage 2 art classes, we've been on an exciting adventure with colours and creativity! Art isn't just about drawing and painting; it's a way for us to express our feelings, thoughts, and how we see the world. We've used all sorts of materials and learned about different techniques, like charcoal shading, making collages, using ink, sketching, and painting, to bring our ideas to life.

Our art journey isn't just about having fun; it's also about learning important skills. We've been making decisions, just like you do every day, about what looks good and what doesn't. And guess what? All these activities are part of the National Curriculum of England, which means we're not only creating art but also learning valuable lessons that help us grow.

We've explored how different cultures make art, discovering that art is a language that everyone can understand, no matter where they're from. Even when we feel a bit shy or unsure, our art helps us show our brave and adventurous side.
