Teacher of PSHE
The successful candidate will teach Years 7 to 13, delivering a curriculum based on the National Curriculum of
England and Wales, adapted to our international school setting. The PSHE programme covers key areas
including:
- Health and Wellbeing – Mental health, physical wellbeing, digital safety, and substance awareness.
- Relationships & Social Development – Friendships, emotional intelligence, respect, diversity and age-appropriate relationships and sex education (RSE)
- Living in the Wider World – Financial literacy, careers, employability, global citizenship and leadership
The PSHE Teacher will work closely with the Deputy Head (Pastoral), Heads of Key Stages, Year Leaders, Form Teachers, and the School Counsellors to support student wellbeing and personal development. We are looking for a proactive, student-centred educator who is keen to develop and refine the curriculum in response to evolving student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging PSHE lessons that encourage student reflection, discussion and practical application.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and respectful learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the pastoral team to ensure PSHE aligns with student wellbeing initiatives.
- Adapt and enhance the curriculum to address global issues and local cultural contexts.
- Support students in developing essential life skills, resilience and emotional intelligence.
Requirements:
- A recognised teaching qualification and relevant teaching experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students in meaningful discussions.
- Experience or interest in pastoral care, safeguarding or youth mental health is an advantage.
- A commitment to developing student wellbeing and preparing them for life beyond school.
SS SENDCO
The SENDCO, under the direction of the Director of Learning Support, will:
- Determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEND) policy, English as Additional Language (EAL) policy and provision in the senior school
- Be responsible for day-to-day operation of the policies and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with additional learning needs
- Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies
Experience:
- Inclusive teaching experience
- Experience of conducting training/leading INSET
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in spoken and written English language and confident to work within a fast-paced English medium environment
- Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice Understanding of what makes ‘quality first’ teaching and of effective intervention strategies
- Ability to plan and evaluate interventions
- Data analysis skills and the ability to use data to inform provision planning
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Ability to influence and negotiate
- Good record-keeping skills

Safeguarding Statement:

Teacher of Physics
The ideal candidate will:
- Teach Advanced Level and IGCSE Physics.
- Possess at least 2 years of experience teaching physics to students aged 14 to 18 years.
- Demonstrate proven experience in teaching both IGCSE and A Level Physics.
- Have experience successfully teaching the Cambridge IGCSE and A Level specification (desirable).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in physical science specialized in physics or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification (e.g., PGDE)- Desirable
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Teacher of Drama and English
We are looking for a hard-working and reliable individual with a strong background in Drama and Theatre. Experience in teaching Drama and English at GCSE/IGCSE and A-Level is highly desirable.
A knowledge of the Cambridge and/or Edexcel exam boards would be beneficial but is not essential.

EAL Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving international school, supporting students
with English as an Additional Language (EAL) to help them reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Teach and support EAL students through high-quality, tailored interventions.
- Provide small-group instruction and collaborate with subject teachers to ensure students access the curriculum effectively.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, using recognised frameworks such as WIDA.
- Contribute to professional development for staff and engage with parents to support learning at home.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent EAL qualification and a relevant degree.
- Has at least two years’ experience teaching EAL students in a school setting. Understands inclusive teaching strategies and assessment tools for language development.
- Is a committed educator with a passion for supporting diverse learners.
- Experience in international schools and knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum would be an advantage.
