We at Reception were interested in learning to measure tall and short objects. We first took turns and measured the height of our friends in pairs and later used the inter-locking cubes to measure the pictures on the “Shape, Space and Measures” abacus book.

We enjoyed counting the number of cubes as all the pictures were of different heights. By working together, we were all able to write the number of cubes we used for the relevant picture.
