wo weeks ago, Mr Rusling invited the batch of 2023 Prefects to apply for opportunity to become Head Prefects. Roughly two thirds of the Prefect body applied and the task of selecting them has started in earnest in the past week. All the letters of application and relevant data was reviewed by Dr Scarth, Mr Ryan and Mr Rusling. All three will certainly have a job deciding which of the extraordinary young people will be selected as the Head and Deputy Head Prefects for the 2022/23 academic year. Applications were received from young people who have started businesses and created charities all whilst maintaining 100% attendance for years and achieving 9A* at IGCSE. In order to make the final decision as to which students will be the two Head prefects and four Deputy Head Prefects interviews will be help over the course of the next two weeks. After what is sure to be the most taxing period of deliberation in BSCs history, we hope to be able to announce the successful candidates by 17th of June at the graduation of the batch of 2022.
