The Colombo Operated Model United Nations Conference hosted their annual Faculty Advisors meeting on Saturday, November 10th, where COMUN introduced their EXCO and Secretariat to every participating school's teachers and student coordinators.

7. Prisha Satwani - President of Presidential Cabinet
8. Nirek Panditha - Deputy Head of International Press
9. Yenuli Siribaddana - Vice President of General Assembly 3
BSC MUN have never had this many students selected onto the COMUN EXCO before and I am so proud of them for coming this far over the last five years.
Additionally, COMUN is celebrating 25 years as the longest running MUN Conference in South Asia this year, and every year the Secretary-General has always been from the Overseas School.
This year however, BSC has been given this honour, with Janek De Silva having been selected to lead the Conference, which sets a new precedent for success! In the history of COMUN’s 25 year run, there has never been a student from any other school other than OSC who has been given this role, and I am confident that Janek will do a fine job of representing BSCMUN, and his Secretariat at this Conference.
I must thank our Office Bearers Janek, Husein, Chanya and Mandri for all their support during this initial preparation process, and wish them a year filled with success and enjoyment. All students in Years 10 or above are now welcome to sign-up to be a part of the BSC Delegation this year!
