At BSC we expect children to show the best version of themselves every single day. We use the acronym PURPLE to help us remember everyday attributes we expect children to demonstrate.
Punctual – children enjoy their time in the playground before the bell is rung at 7.25am. Arriving in time to line up with their friends helps children to start the day well and avoid lost learning opportunities.
Uniform - Children take pride in their uniform and it is great to see children looking smart wearing the new school jumpers and cardigans.
Respect – Children demonstrate respect for their peers and teachers everyday to ensure BSC is a happy place to learn.
People – Our school community supports and look after each other.
Learning – Learning at BSC is active and fun, with special events complimenting and enhancing our time together.
Environment – We look after our school environment #greeningthepurple.
