'Reading is our thing' in Year 6

This week the entire Junior School celebrated Book Week and on Wednesday all  Year 6 students had the opportunity to enjoy and participate in a range of activities organised by their teachers to celebrate books and reading.

As the Year 6 children have been studying 'The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe', Ms Poojanie had the students deliver news reports of the book with an alternate ending. With Ms Asma, the students designed book covers and book marks. When the children visited Ms Ridmeeka, they played a game called 'Hot seat' and with Ms Sara the students blended different fairytales together and then performed them in a sketch.
