BSC Aviation Club Connects with Fellow Aviators in Colombo District

Last week, on Friday 2^nd of June 2017, Leon Herath (President) and Pehan Ambawatte (Treasurer) were invited to the Aviation Awards Ceremony at the Methodist College. Many fellow aviator club members in Colombo schools, as well as the Colombo District club members were in attendance. This was an opportunity for our aviators to form connections and see how we can advance our own club. It was quite interesting to see the journey in Aviation in another school, which they had aptly titled, “Around the World in 90 Days”.

The BSC Aviation Club has seen a successful year for 2016-2017. The members have been dedicated and committed to furthering their interests in Aviation. Every Tuesday, they turn up early for club meetings, where they discuss topics of interest in the subject or just experiment on aviation principles in Science or plan future activities.

We hope to make 2017-2018 a flying success. Do join us next year.
