SS Football and Basketball Trials 2021-22

We had been away from competitive sport for two years and finally were allowed to start academies last term. Having settled down last term, we were given the opportunity to start sports squads this term and had our so much awaited trials for Football and Basketball this week.

The Basketball trials for the boys and girls were held on Wednesday 4^th May and Thursday 5^th May respectively at the Indoor Basketball court. The Football trial for the Under 16 boys was held on Thursday 5^th May at the CR and FC Indoor Court. Unfortunately, the Over 16 trials had to be postponed and the revised dates will be shared next week.

The children displayed all their skills and performed their best to get a place in the squad. The trials ended after the coaches observed the children perform skills and play competitive games for an hour or more. The selected children will be informed via Engage.
