Mr Prishantha Perera’s role as Head of HR stems from his passion about studying human’s behavior from his school days. Previously, Mr Prishantha was Head of HR for a western diplomatic mission as well as leading private companies.
Mr Prishantha has been with BSC for 2 years and plays a leading role in dealing with staff welfare, recruitment, immigration work and medical matters.
